This morning was Nicole's Kindergarten Play. She was one of the three little pigs.
Right after her play I received word that the real estate contract I am the buyers agent for came in signed. We have been waiting 58 days for this contract. The buyer's talked to me during this play and asked if I had heard anything yet. It was nice to call them soon after and let them know that we got the contract in.
This is especially good news because today is the last day for a buyer to receive a signed contract to be eligible for the $8,000 first time home buyers tax credit. Now that that hurdle is over, we have 60 days to close the loan :).
