Zucchini pineapple

Here is the finished and bottled product.

Here is the zucchini after it had cooked in the pineapple juice.

Do you remember that recipe I submitted a few days ago, OK maybe it was a week or two ago. I finally got around to bottling the zucchini pineapple and here are pictures to show what it looks like. I shredded the zucchini fine and after it softened during the cooking stage the end result was something like crushed pineapple.
