Valentines Day Goodies
For Valentines Day I like to make goodies for the girl's school class. This year I also needed to make a goodie to take to the EAC Scholarship Raffle held on the same day. Nicole volunteered me for cupcakes, so cupcakes it will be. These chocolate cupcakes with flower decorations were made for Ashley's class and EAC.
After making 3 dozen chocolate roses I asked Nicole if I could make her cupcakes with pink frosting and a large candy conversation heart. She happily agreed, that saved me an hours work because I would of had to made more chocolate frosting. 
I made the middle of the rose out of a Hershey's kiss, this saved me a bunch of time in not needing to refill my frosting bag over and over. I made over 50 cupcakes and it took me 4 hours from start to clean up.

Holy cow you are super mom. Those look SO yummy. In Utah you are only allowed to bring packaged goodies to school ( i don't know why they are so paranoid, this IS utah) so I am in luck!
